Just curious. We're a "medium sized" Best Buy where I'm at, and in total we have eight advisors, 5 full time, 3 part time, 5 front end people, and 4 product flow members. On a day to day basis, we have Only 3 people working on the floor and 1 or 2 front end, as well as only 1 warehouse associate. Yep. 1. Unless it's truck or a Saturday. Makes the work we already have to do so much harder. For example, yesterday, I was the only Advisor available that knows mobile (there are two others), and at one point I was helping three people at one time, while dealing with activation issues, troubleshooting, screen installs, ordering, etc. And my leaders had the audacity to tell me to hurry up because there were more clients in the queue. Just want to know what everyone else deals with on a day-to-day basis. submitted by /u/Zakarius18 [link] [comments]
