Bestbuy appliance delivery question (who installs?)

Just got out of best buy with a fridge order. At first they give me the $199.99 tech yearly subscription and said install would be next Monday. I told them I am not interested and to just charge me for regular install and haul away. She said they would have to chnage install date because it will no longer eve installed by geek squad but by a third party. The new date given is a week out and it's not sitting well. Is there any truth in this or just punishment for not wanting the unecessary subscription? Was I gaslight? Thanks Update: Employee lied to me. Employee also put the wrong delivery address after I told her the correct one twice. I will file formal complaint against the person Update 2: phone help was great and fixed everything. Still unhappy submitted by /u/romuo [link] [comments]

Well I think I've seen it all now.

We just had to take shelter due to a tornado warning. They closed the doors and took everyone back to the restrooms. After the warning was over, they went to open the doors, and its just a long line of customers who were waiting during the tornado sirens. submitted by /u/The_Dude145 [link] [comments]

Refunded Canceled and Still Delivered

So I ordered a JBL Partybox 310 for a party on Wed and said it was supposed to be delivered on that Friday. It wasn't and I called for a refund. I got the refund and 3 weeks later they Still send the item and now is requesting me to either pay for it or send it back. The issue is I'm not always at the address that I gave them and now the speaker is missing. Will they still charge me? Even after I told them I didn't want it anymore and told them to cancel it? submitted by /u/xMendezx [link] [comments]

help

Is anyone else in their merch team completely over their job? Every week I do planograms and mark them 100% compliant just to have shift leads, ASM, and my GM all to make changes to my planograms to make it “visually appear better”. 9/10 times the changes make no sense and actually make the planogram look horrendous. 4 years i’ve been doing this and they made my love for my job disappear. submitted by /u/reddituser07778 [link] [comments]

Received two desktops…

Ordered my desktop and it was supposed to be received on the 22nd. I called support and got a “we don’t know what’s going on” they issued a replacement at no cost and refunded the extra shipping amount I had initially paid. The original order finally ships around the 26th and I receive it on the 28th. Then another package shows up with the same model desktop this morning. What do I do? I have no been charged for the second desktop. submitted by /u/Jxdvn [link] [comments]

Employee help with finding a TV

I current have a Panasonic Plasma and it's starting to have issues with random reboots so I'm looking to replace it. I'm looking at $600-$1000 Looking for 55-65 size as I'm sitting ~10ft away. Most of my sources are Netflix, HBO Max, and the high seas. I play most of my content from a Roku Ultra. I see we have a clearance TLC 6 series that seems attractive. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/sku/6470277.p?skuId=6470277 What do you think about this one vs some others? submitted by /u/txanon8421 [link] [comments]

How does best buy profit from open box?

from my understanding open box are returns from people that are in like-new condition. so how does best buy profit when someone returns an item and someone else buys it for a lower price? that's gotta mess with their margins submitted by /u/spellbadgrammargood [link] [comments]

I have a real problem now

I bought sport earbuds In store good bose ones for 179$ pretty expensive I had to open them to try them in my ears but they really dont fit one of my ears. The cartilage gets in the way significantly. The return policy says no exchange if headphones opened and I know its because of people's earwax but how else would I find out that didn't fit? My question is will the best buy store in Canada be sympathetic and allow me to exchange for a different design? How do other people deal with this kind of issue just accept that threw 200$ out the window? submitted by /u/Dereksversion [link] [comments]

Forgot charger for laptop returning to Best Buy

Bereavement leave

For anyone that has taken it does it cover grandparents? I ask as my grandfather is not doing well at all and the doctors fear if they can't get him stable soon he will pass within the week. Funny-ish story from this weekend.

My management is a joke at times. At other times they can be the nicest possible people. Anyway, I was talking with a few of my peers about me wanting to find a new job, as did they. All of us have collectively been job hunting for the past few weeks and are ready to leave. I made a joke about just up and leaving when or if I get a new job, and apparently my supervisors overheard. During my one-on-one on Sunday, one of my Sups asked me why I wanted to leave, but I barely told him why, just told him I don't like retail. He asked "Are you putting in your two weeks?" And I said no, that I will let them know when I wanted to leave. And he came up with a bunch of reasons for me not to leave, but also for me to leave? Like what? I woke up at 9 this morning on my off day to a text from my GM that said "I heard from x leader that you wanted to leave without giving notice, is this true?" I said no it wasn't and he said that he knew I wanted to leave but just had ...

Made an online purchase with BB gift card and cancelled the order after a few minutes, how long does refund take?

Yesterday I tried to purchase something but realized it was the wrong configuration so i cancelled it. I used my BB credit card for partial payment as well as a gift card from BB. My credit card never showed a charge but my gift card balance is at 0, 24 hours later. Does anyone know how long the refund should take? Need help - Bought an item, received a different one.

Greetings. So storytime. My friend recently travelled to the USA, we live in Brazil, and I had her purchase a keyboard for me - Apex Pro TKL 2023. She arrived today and handled me the keyboard. The box was sealed normally, but after opening it, I found that the keyboard wasn't the Apex Pro, but rather the Razer Huntsman Mini - A much cheaper and from a different brand keyboard - Note that the packaging was for the Apex Pro TKL 2023. So my question is, can I return it normally or do I have to do something different since the product inside the package was something totally different from the one sold to me ? I appreciate any help and sorry if the story is hard to follow, English is my second language. submitted by /u/spookz_skelly [link] [comments]

Have you ever sold the wrong product but the customer never noticed?

I worked at a BestBuy back for a few years a while back. I was in the Magnolia section for Home Theater. A guy came in and asked if this one Samsung open-box we had was a QLED or not, the TV had no box and I confidently said yes. When I was checking him out, I realized that the tag I scanned was not for a QLED and that the TV was just an LED. The moment he said "Wow! What a great deal!" I was too embarrassed to tell him I screwed up. He never noticed, and never came back to return or complain, I guess I got lucky. Now I just wonder if this has happened to other people? Question About In-store Pickup Methods

Hi all. First, I'd like to apologize for the 'annoying customer' type question. I know that some of you don't care for such things on here. I'm only asking this out of frustration and figured you guys could provide some illumination on the real process. So, on 20 March I ordered a motherboard for instore pickup on the 23rd. This has never been an issue in the past (and I generally love my local Best Buy-So no prob with them) so I felt pretty confident despite the general consensus that it can be risky business. For various reasons, I was on a time crunch to receive this item. So, I ordered a few other items which all came in when expected. The Mobo, however, showed the dreaded 'Delayed' message the day after it was initially supposed to be ready. No problem. Not realizing how the internals of BB shipping work, I thought I'd call customer service for a possible timeline/update. This went as well as could be expected. 4 different ESL CSRs, 4 completely d...

How do Bestbuy TV returns work? Want to go from 75inch QN90B to a 65 inch LG C2

Hey guys so I bought a 75inch Samsung QN90B for living room and I feel like it’s too big and causes eye strain. I’m about 10 feet away and I think I’ll be returning this to buy the 65inch LG C2 instead. Is this a good move? Also I’m a total tech member and purchased the tv monday and got it mounted. I still have the box and everything and will have my tv guy help me return it so I can purchase the 65inch c2. Do we just bring the tv to Bestbuy and they will refund you even though you’ve already mounted the tv and tried it? submitted by /u/xGenAc25 [link] [comments]

Goodbye BBY

Well it has been a fun 13yrs with Best Buy, was waiting on that last email to see if I got a position with Geek Squad in home support but didn't get it. Which is fine, I had found another job, used up all my PTO. The new place I have started working for already is a lot less stressful and training is better then when I started with the "here and pass these test" nor here are all the e-learnings you need to do before doing the test. Pay is better, benefits actually better also. No employee discount cause thats not the product we sell in the financial world i work at now. If you are wanting to leave Best Buy after survivinga black friday and holiday season believe me when i tell you that Best Buy experiencewith customer service helps a lot, especially if you know how de-escalate a situation. Also having a chiper attitude which with the Karens and Kevins (Sorry for people actually named Karen and Kevins but fuck you David) jk to Davids) we know how to handle. Go forth be pi...

Here's an idea

If you tell the customer a TV will not fit in their car, and they insist you try anyway, you should be allowed to refuse the sale until they schedule a delivery and installation. Once you determine that they are too stupid to transport the item without harming themselves or others, they could try to claim your liable for any damage caused. Working here was the worst 7 months of my life.

I worked here from the beginning summer and left right after black friday week. I worked in the warehouse and I had never been able to make the managers happy. It did not bother me until I was always in charge of putting away small appliances (heaviest items and most time consuming section) and was blamed for not working fast enough. I started getting very bad anxiety, and as much as I loved my coworkers I had to put my foot down. It all went down hill when my SM pulled me in the office with the warehouse manager and basically told me that I work way too slow and asked if i even wanted to work in the warehouse. I had been working pretty hard at this point while useless coworkers took up space in the warehouse on their phones. I found out I had always been paid less than the entire warehouse and probably whole store. I had talked to a coworker who was hired same day and less overall working experience and he was started $1 more than I was (same store for everyone hired after that point...

Chat agent cancelled my appliance order

I placed an order for a new washer and dryer with installation a few weeks ago. Install was supposed to happen today. Yesterday, noticed the price of both appliances had dropped, so I decided to use the site to request a price match. This brought up the chat service and I explained the situation to the agent. She asked if I wanted to cancel the order and I said no, I was only looking to price match to the current bestbuy.com price. She was not able to help (since install was pending) but transferred me to someone else. That person joins the chat, reads back through the previous interaction and goes ahead and cancels my order without confirming with me. I was livid since we had already waited a few weeks and knew cancelling the order would send us to the back of the line. The chat rep basically told me I needed to place a new order and ended the session. I called customer service and was told the same thing but that they'd put a note on my account about the chat rep's error ...

Help - Will I ever receive my purchase?

I’m in the process of a kitchen remodel. I did a lot of research online to decide what cooktop I want before purchasing. Once I had finally decided, I went to Best Buy (in the store) to purchase. While there, I also ordered a fridge, which had a promo to get a second fridge free. Great deal! Right.. This was back in September 2022. Original purchase was a cooktop (not in stock), a full size refrigerator (not in stock) and a small refrigerator (not in stock). Estimated delivery on the fridges was November. We got one in November and 1 in December. No big deal. They even waived the delivery fees for us. Awesome. The cooktop was expected to be delivered late January. Even had a delivery date. The day before the delivery date (in January), we hadn’t heard a peep from the delivery guys. We tried and tried to contact the store but phone numbers were all automated and gave us customer service agents who were less than helpful. They all said the order in whole was marked “complete”. HELP WITH TRADE IN

Hi, Last year, I went to Best Buy to trade in my Galaxy Flip 3 for a Fold 4 on Black Friday. The trade in program had this table where they told you your phone's worth. For the flip 3 was $800, the s21 ultra, for example, I think it was also $800. So, I changed phones. Yesterday, I went with a friend, and they told him the s21 ultra was worth $150. Uploaded wrong resume to application; video interview went terribly

I filled out an application for Geek Squad Agent (In-Store) last night, and shortly after I applied I received an invitation to do a video interview. I did the video interview today, and I think it went terribly. Well, it gets worse from there. I uploaded a resume with my application and I *just* found out it's VERY MUCH the wrong resume (I accidentally downloaded something off snagajob and mistook the file for my real resume). I filled in the application in its entirety and all of everything is correct on the actual application. It's just the resume that is not. I'm seeing no way to edit the application or resume uploaded. I really want this job, but at this point I have no faith I'll get it, between the terrible video interview and the incorrect resume. Should I wait it out? Or should I withdraw my application and reapply? Any advice would be very appreciated. I'm freaking out just a bit. submitted by /u/DietEmotional [link] [comments]

What can I do?

BestBuy for years has continued to add an address to my account even though I have changed password, changed phone number and delete the address from my account. I have never had a purchase sent or ordered from that address. Yesterday I made a purchase and they updated the delivery address to that address and a 200$ order was shipped and delivered there today. What can I do? Order shipped with Shipt and failed to deliver to dorm

I bought an item off Best Buy yesterday (Saturday) and had it price-matched for a pretty steep discount on GameStop. The address I put is a mailing-only address understood by USPS, FedEx, and UPS; it is not really a physical location due to it being my dorm's post office. Sunday comes, and Shipt delivery tried to deliver only to find 1) post office is closed (Sunday, duh), and 2) isn't willing to wait for me to come get the package. So it's returned to Best Buy and I'm due to get my refund. But I want the item. And GameStop's price went back up. So this is clearly a Best Buy problem because nowhere in shipping options did it mention Shipt and my address cannot reliably take DoorDash-like orders. Chat support wasn't helpful and I'm betting calling the number won't help either - do I have any options here? submitted by /u/fiviot8 [link] [comments]

Bestbuy Refund Nightmare

I've purchased roughly $600 worth of items from BB last week and when I saw that it was delivered by OnTrac i had my fingers crossed and hoped for once that carrier is capable of delivering something right. 3 days later when i wake up in the morning saw that it was delivered at 9pm only for me to open my front door and see nothing. In a panic frenzy i went and looked up the tracking number and saw that there was a delivery picture and to my suspicion it was delivered to a completely different house. I went and check whether the door in the picture frame was my neighbor's and it wasn't so I contact BB that i never got the package only for them to submit a refund request and an investigation that they have to do to confirm. Good. Surely the evidence would swing in my favor. 2 days later i get a partial refund for $200 and i contact BB again about where was the other half only for them to say please return within 48 hours as it's still under review. Today is 4th day of th...

No record of return - anything I can do?

So I returned an item around 2 months ago. I went into my purchase history, started the return, printed out the label, and shipped it via UPS. Label had my order number on there, everything was completely normal. But I have received absolutely nothing about the return, and no refund. I didn't even get a confirmation email or anything that I had began the return. What can I do now? I have no proof because I didn't get a receipt from UPS, and even if I did UPS receipts only show tracking numbers, not anything else - there's no way I can prove that I returned my order and not just some random package. I asked customer service and they said there was nothing on record that I had initiated the return. As a last ditch effort I asked if they could find the return label I created and printed through best buy (I called UPS and they said they can't do anything), and best buy said they had no record of return labels. How is this possible? Has anyone else experienced this befor...

What are the rules regarding resellers?

A little background i have a LLC and a BB Business account Went to the store the other day to pick up about x10 of a products to sell. The manager asked me what its for, I told him its personal and he said he doesn't believe me and that its illegal to buy for resell purposes. After bickering for 10 minutes he let me get my product. Im currently in the process of applying for tax exemption as a 'reseller' for my LLC on the BestBuy website. Was this manager misinformed or does BestBuy not allow purchases with the intent of reselling? Again I used my business account and there's an option for 'reselling' tax exemption so I'm not sure the issue. Has anyone had an experience with returning an item outside of its return period?

So I bought a laptop and wanted to use it for school so obviously I wanted to download Microsoft office products on it. Come to find out when it’s delivered that office products can’t be downloaded on it and it suggested I use the online version of those apps. So I tried it and the online version has only given me grief and went to return it only to find out that the return period ended after 19 days. When I was looking at the page for the laptop I am sure it said 30 day returns. I tried going to customer service and they said that the laptop isn’t refundable even though I’ve barely used the dang thing. So now I’m out of almost $300 which is a lot to me considering I’m not swimming in money. I feel like it’s extremely unreasonable to not do any exception especially since I was only a week late to try to return it. What are your guys thoughts? submitted by /u/JellyfishLow2855 [link] [comments]

Random funny story for yall.

I have since left the company but still lurk this sub from time to time. Anyways when I first started in 2016, straight out of high school, I was working in the warehouse. An older gentleman came in and asked if we had any walkmans. I was 17 at the time and had no clue in the world what a walkman was. I pretended to shuffle the shelves acting like I knew what I was looking for. I shit you not, my first thought of what a “walkman” was, was a walking cane lmao. I had to go in the back and google what the hell this foreign “walkman” device was. Gen Z for ya. submitted by /u/thejuice2426 [link] [comments]

Verizon Reps?

Does anyone know by chance how to get ahold of a rep? I know here in our store they don’t come down anymore ever (pretty sure they cut and pulled) but I have a store in our district that has been having an issue for 6 months and we are trying to get ahold of a rep somehow to help. I tried pulling resources to bop around in there but the server is down currently. ☹️ submitted by /u/Sprinkles-Worth [link] [comments]

Sales Advisor advice

Hello all! I just got hired at Best Buy as a Sales Advisor and want to start off on a very strong foot. I am a very competitive person. I would love to be a top Sales advisor as soon as I can. I helped restauarants I used to work at be at the top 5% of their chain in the US at two separate locations by being the #1 server there by hitting sales metrics, customer satisfaction surveys, sales contests, etc. I am just hoping to hear about what I can do to maximize sales without pushing garbage on customers and be a top performer at my new job. I am assuming that Best Buy credit cards and the total tech memberships are going to be a top priority and just knowing products and how to compare them for customers is going to get me far. But just want to hear what else I can do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. submitted by /u/Prestigious-Hunter19 [link] [comments]

Audeze

Over the past couple of years, we've started dealing Audeze products. Their penrose line has been unavailable pretty much since we've started carrying their product lineup, however their new Maxwell headset is receiving great reviews. Any idea when we'll start to carry it? submitted by /u/skamikaze1983 [link] [comments]

Quick store pickup question

I have recently ordered a new phone and got it activated with Google Fi online. I did store pickup so I could do my trade in. My question is where do I go to pick it up? The email I received says two different things in the "what you need to know" section. It says on one line to go to the pickup counter to receive my phone but then immediately after on the next bullet it says to go to the mobile department. Just trying to figure out where I need to go. Thanks in advance! submitted by /u/kylecraig58 [link] [comments]

If I go buy a S20 or higher today. Please read my last post to go with this.

Just a question

I have passed my 1yr anniversary of being back at Best Buy. I left for 7 months just shy of my 9 year anniversary. I am a supervisor.....anyways....I have not received my annual raise. My hire date was back in February. Does it just happen automatically. I remember before I left that we did an annual appraisal and that is how you received it. Could someone just let me know what to do? Thanks! submitted by /u/DryIce5945 [link] [comments]

Repackaged Return Scams On The Rise

Just curious has anyone noticed and uptick in repackaged/resealed returns lately. We had an older lady come in with the previous version Ipad rewrapped. The shrink-wrap was lose, shriveled and obviously not the original wrapper. I know Apple doesn't even use shrink wrap anymore, it wasn't my transaction so I would think it was the previous version, otherwise it'd be pretty funny. Anyway we've gotten a $2,200 Canon lens returned and found out it was a much older model that we couldn't even identify. That was from a total tech member no less. A couple of resealed SSD cards that turned out to be empty, etc. Is this becoming more and more common or am I overthinking it? All of these were within the last two weeks on top of the typical Apple scams, laughably fake IDs and customers who will never comeback because they were refused a refund on cameras from November because "they were busy." submitted by /u/Disastrous_Text574 [link] [comments]

This is now the 6th faulty phone I have received from Geek Squad. Please read

So to start off I had a Motorola 5G One Ace and I had gotten the 89.99 plan with Geek Squad, the phone basically just died within 8 months, got a replacement, the speaker on it didn't work correctly and sounded jumbled all the time, got another replacement and that one wasn't even glued together on the bottom of the phone it was literally coming apart, then got another replacement and the fingerprint sensor didn't work, my Mom kept that phone and I bought a Samsung A53 5G, which lasted 10 months, then I started getting the message there was moisture in the charging port a lot and I went and got a replacement, which it had scratches on the camera lens and the screen, got another replacement and that one kept telling me USB connector disconnected, got another replacement yesterday and it keeps restarting. I'm fed up with getting faulty replacement phones! Is there anyway I can get store credit for these faulty phones so I can buy a new Samsung A53 5G? THIS IS RIDICULOUS!...

Cut hours

The past week, a lot of employees at my store, including myself, got our hours cut. Is Best Buy struggling that bad that they have to cut hours for part-timers? Also, I was told that layoffs are likely to happen at my store. Any other employee experiencing a similar situation at their store? I’m at Store 652. submitted by /u/anonuser45994 [link] [comments]

Uniform

So I started this week and no one ever went over dress code, I even started on register and I don’t even have a Best Buy shirt. Is there a team store or something where I can buy Best Buy Merch? My manager didn’t even ask or mention if I got my shirt, they did ask for my size on orientation though. I want to get one of the long sleeve zip ups as well as maybe a hoodie. submitted by /u/_Qwertydude_ [link] [comments]

Can any store service an Xbox?

So, I recently purchased a brand-new Xbox Series X from Microsoft's website that had some technical issues. Basic troubleshooting didn't work, and I was advised by Microsoft to go to a "participating Best Buy service center," with the promise that the servicing would be covered by the console's warranty. However, Microsoft's own website ( Link here ) only listed three Best Buy locations in my entire state, the closest of which is quite a long drive away. This is particularly annoying because there's a Best Buy a few minutes from my house, and if I could get my console serviced there, I'd absolutely prefer to. Therefore, my question is this - can I get my console serviced by any Best Buy and have it covered by the warranty, or do I specifically need to go to the one listed on the Microsoft website? submitted by /u/Orwellian0317 [link] [comments]

Store pick up question

Just wondering Some store pick-ups from BB.com will take 20 mins to be ready, and some will take 3 to 5 hours. Some Samsung online picks up will take 20/30 mins and sometimes 3 to 5 hours. Last year I ordered the Z Fold 4 from Samsung.com; after I placed the order, I took a shower get ready by the time I was done, I got an email saying it was ready. Today I placed my s23 ultra order it’s been 4 hours still not ready for pick up. That happened before with BB.com in-store pick up. I’m just wondering why submitted by /u/justmaxmeup [link] [comments]

Employee: Item becomes unavailable after adding to cart

Looking to pickup the Insignia wireless headphones to replace my grandpa's broken ones. This morning the item showed out of stock. I opted to receive and email once it's back in stock. About an hour later, I get an email that the headphones are back in stock. Great! Open the app, add to cart, now it shows the item it not available to ship to my area. Doesn't matter if I login through the BBY app or use a browser. Once I add the SKU to the cart, it's not available to ship to my area. In what scenario is this accurate? Is the item not available to ship from a warehouse, but it's available in a store somewhere and I'm too far for ship from store? The item is the Insignia TV headphones sku 6281625 submitted by /u/txanon8421 [link] [comments]

What’s the craziest encounter you’ve had with a customer?

I once got into a conversation with a dude who was surprised when I talked to him because he was convinced that he was invisible. He went on with stories about standing in stores and restaurants and nobody would notice him. After trying to buy accessories for a camera (he told me he doesn’t own a camera) and me asking why he would buy that he said he didn’t know. We went over to look at headphones and he proceeded to tell me he liked red beats better than black because red was more of an evil color. He said he was in an underground society and he would get in trouble for telling me about it. Lastly as I rang him up he told me he learned how to avoid paying taxes… He was too serious about it to be joking so he must have either been on a some serious drugs or been mentally unstable. submitted by /u/xerxes767 [link] [comments]

Wouldn't let me purchase an item

Hey guys. Sorry but I didn't know where else to post. Hopefully this is the right place but I tried purchasing an item today (basically a laptop) and for some reason they wouldn't let me purchase it. Long story short, I tried paying cash in full for the said laptop (which was on sale btw for about a hundred bucks ish), but then I was told for safety reasons they would need my info. I got the vibe that they thought I was some kind of wholesaler or someone that resells to a foreign country or something. But I was just buying 1 item. Anyway, so I give them my drivers license because they asked for it and then the guy goes on some long-winded monologue about some rewards program etc etc and then tells me to sign. I see that it said "enroll" on the screen where he asked me to click, so I ask if its alright if I can just buy this laptop and just give them the cash and be done with it. They refused. I asked why and the guy told me it's because it cost over $1000 and the...

Geek Squad Protection Plan - LG OLED C8

I've noticed 15-20 dead pixels on my LG C8 over the past few weeks, and luckily still have a year and a half on my Geek Squad protection plan, but my conundrum is now whether Best Buy will have replacement screens still in stock, or would instead provide monetary compensation instead, considering the TV is nearly 5 years old. Can anyone with an older model LG OLED gone through Geek Squad in the past few months lend some feedback? Thanks submitted by /u/sonotmybaby [link] [comments]

Question about returning and immediately rebuying a discontinued item.

Bought a TV (TCL 65 R646) that was on clearance. I haven't picked it up yet, and my credit card currently has a 15% cash back bonus for Best Buy after I already had it charged to the card. Would I be able to "return" the TV when I pick it up and rebuy it for the same price so I can get the cash back bonus on my card? How do I utilize curb side service?

I was going to have the $1500 computer I ordered online delivered to my home address, but there was text on the delivery page online to be aware Best Buy was not going to add any packaging and it would ship in the box it came to them in, which sounded shady, so I chose curbside service. I addressed the chat people on Best Buy site about it, because I am immuno-compromised and need whoever comes to the car to be wearing a mask and was told that I could call the store when I arrived and they would make that happen. So I completed the purchase based on that assurance, but I called today and all options lead back to the national number where nobody speaks English as a first language and I can't understand everything that is being said to me. They seem to be telling me that they don't have the resources to add that kind of comment on the package, so now it appears I made a purchse under false pretenses because I was assured somebody could make that happen and also appear to have...

I don't think I've gotten one word about being late lol
