Ex-Employee here just wanting to rant, so I know you’ve heard all this before 100 times. Holy shit the bestbuy app sucks so bad. Never tried to pay my bill with the app since it was easier to just do it at work, but since I’ve left, I’ve had nothing but trouble with the app. The first time I tried to pay my bill, it wouldn’t let me put my card in the app. If I clicked the credit card button, it would make me sign in (again), but it wouldn’t let me log in. I had the right password and login, I even reset my password and used a new one, and again, even the new one was incorrect somehow. Attempted to deal with support online after I tried a bunch of different things, and they just gave me, “Sorry, I don’t know, go to a store.” So I just went and paid it I store. Next month, I tried again. For some reason I could get into the account this time, but the card number was invalid no matter what.
