How long does it normally take for replacement parts to come in? I have a green iPhone 13 and I gave Geek Squad my phone on Friday to get it fixed after I broke the back glass, and it's Thursday now and still nothing. Does it usually take this long?? I'm getting really frustrated at this point because I can't log into anything that requires 2FA without my phone and it's been preventing me from doing a lot of important things for school and work, and I did not expect it to take this long otherwise I would've taken my sim card out before handing my phone over to them. On paper, they said 7-10 days but in person, they said it's usually 3-5... so I don't know anymore. I bought the LG C3 TV from best buy, specifically the "Open Box" version. I got "Excellent" quality because it claimed it had all the same elements as the actual TV itself, yet when I get home to set it up, I found out it came with legs rather than the stand that it's supposed to come with. I tried contacting the store itself, but it routed through to corporate who said I'd have to package the whole thing back up and drive back there, get a refund, and then purchase again. So I tried looking for this but everything I was seeing was fairly old on if the GSP was worth getting. I remember having a warranty for a speaker and they replaced it when it blew with zero issue, matter of fact I got an upgrade as the model I had was no longer in stock. Hi, I got my new mbp today. It was open box but it was suppose to be like new condition. Everything looks good except for the cable. The cable is ripped. It doesn’t charge. I’m hoping that’s the problem and not the MacBook.
