Sold broken product
Husband bought a monitor. Took it home, opened to set up. The screen was cracked once we turned it on. Took it back to the store and the refused refund or exchange. We honestly just want to exchange it for a not broken monitor. They said call Dell. Dell refused refund saying it was Best Buy’s fault. We’ve reported it to the better business bureau and plan to do a charge back because we were sold a broken monitor. Any advice? submitted by /u/bagsonbagson [link] [comments]
