Bought an Open Box Item with an Incorrect Part

I bought the LG C3 TV from best buy, specifically the "Open Box" version. I got "Excellent" quality because it claimed it had all the same elements as the actual TV itself, yet when I get home to set it up, I found out it came with legs rather than the stand that it's supposed to come with.

I tried contacting the store itself, but it routed through to corporate who said I'd have to package the whole thing back up and drive back there, get a refund, and then purchase again.

Is there a simpler way to go about getting this single part?

Anybody else notice with this “One Team One Dream” how Product Flow seems to get f*cked over the most, or is this just my store? I have to reset my password with each login?

This is super weird. But for the last month or so I've had to reset my password every time I've logged in. I don't understand why my passwords are never recognized. I know for sure the password is correct, the one I set the prior session, because I've become increasingly more careful about it. But at this point, I can only assume there's something broken on Bestbuy's end.
