Question about iPhone 13 Rear System Replacement

How long does it normally take for replacement parts to come in? I have a green iPhone 13 and I gave Geek Squad my phone on Friday to get it fixed after I broke the back glass, and it's Thursday now and still nothing. Does it usually take this long?? I'm getting really frustrated at this point because I can't log into anything that requires 2FA without my phone and it's been preventing me from doing a lot of important things for school and work, and I did not expect it to take this long otherwise I would've taken my sim card out before handing my phone over to them. On paper, they said 7-10 days but in person, they said it's usually 3-5... so I don't know anymore. Has anyone else experienced something similar to this?

Anybody else notice with this “One Team One Dream” how Product Flow seems to get f*cked over the most, or is this just my store? I have to reset my password with each login?

This is super weird. But for the last month or so I've had to reset my password every time I've logged in. I don't understand why my passwords are never recognized. I know for sure the password is correct, the one I set the prior session, because I've become increasingly more careful about it. But at this point, I can only assume there's something broken on Bestbuy's end.
