Using credit card without the physical card

quick question, i know you can use your credit card the day you open it in store, im trying to buy something online but since my mom lost the credit card and ordered a new one i can’t. would i be able to do the same where it gets looked up in store to use it? i’m an authorized user on the acc. thanks

Anybody else notice with this “One Team One Dream” how Product Flow seems to get f*cked over the most, or is this just my store? Example: Product Flow is expected to drop everything, no matter what (picks, truck, etc.) to come help the sales floor if we are called to do so. However, if we ever need help, we either A. I have to reset my password with each login?

This is super weird. But for the last month or so I've had to reset my password every time I've logged in. I don't understand why my passwords are never recognized. I know for sure the password is correct, the one I set the prior session, because I've become increasingly more careful about it. But at this point, I can only assume there's something broken on Bestbuy's end.
